Create a user

This endpoint creates a new user. This user will be a Person Referring, with a source of API. If you want to add a Person Invited then please be sure to attach the 'referrer' field.

Controls the welcome email for this user. true: the welcome email is sent, even if "Welcome Email (Api)" is turned off in the campaign. false: no welcome email is sent, even if it is turned on. Not sent: the campaign setting decides — the email is sent only if "Welcome Email (Api)" is turned on in the campaign's Emails page.
