Webhooks let you connect Referral Factory to other systems and exchange referral data in real time. You can use webhooks in two ways:
👉 Inbound webhooks:
Send data to Referral Factory to automatically qualify a referred lead. A lead can be identified using their referral code, coupon code, or a combination of email address + campaign ID. When the lead is qualified, any rewards configured for qualification can be triggered automatically.
👉 Outbound webhooks:
Send referral activity from Referral Factory to an endpoint in your own system. You can trigger a webhook when a new referrer or lead joins a campaign or when a lead becomes qualified. Referral Factory sends the relevant user, campaign, and referral data in the webhook payload.
